I am looking for a lender that allow you to cash out at Purchase, I know that there are lenders that allow for this on Hard Money Loans for Rehabbs and Flips but this is a property that I may want to keep for myself. The property is around 30% below Market Value and it is also a multi-family house(3 fam). I have good credit and can go full document if necessary. I am in New York so anyone that could give me advice on where to look would be greatly appreciated.
