Best Refinance Prospects

Hello All,

If you know the mortgage industry as well as I do then you know that Bank of America bought out Countrywide and they no longer hold the loan and that the federal government shut down indymac.

So if I was a consumer who had a home loan I would definately want to get out of my loan and go with a lender that isnt out of business or shut down by the governement.

I can select by lenders for a list to make the refinance candidates more responsive.
