New Construction Loan

Question about new construction loan Northwest of Houston, Texas. I have 3.4 acres that have been bought and paid for and my wife and I live there in a small mobile home. We purchased the land in hope of building on it one day. My question is now that we've decided to build on the property what kind of loan should I be looking at? I've never purchased a home, much less built new. What kind of deals are there for land that is owned out right?
