Thanks for your suggestion. The advantage of these calculators is they are frequently updated with the Malaysian Bank interest rates. :)

I'm just wondering, do You get any feedback from Your users. Is it better to us percentage for 'Preferred Margin of Finance' or not. Thanks for reply!
