That is great! I have closed some loans in PA myself. What are some good area's for investing?

Some good areas that some of my clients are investing in are typically on the eastern part of Pa, (Lehigh Valley, Certain Parts Of Philadelphia, Harrisburg, etc). Let me know if I can be of help.

Why do you feel those area's are good? Are they good for rehab and resale or rentals?

Most of my clients are doing the rehab, resale deal. Though I have a few in Harrisburgh that use those properties as rentals.
