Default Alt A lenders

So I'm trying to help strike up conversations... So who are your preferred Alt A lenders? For Springfield Oregon and Eugene Oregon mortgages I typically use Greenpoint, Indymac Bank, and even Decision One for my clients with decent credit that tend to fall out of A paper/prime loans.

So who are your preferred? I'm always open to adding new lenders...

Alt A mortgage is categorized as riskier than A-paper. Typically Alt-A mortgages are characterized by borrowers with less than full documentation, lower credit scores, higher loan-to-values, and more investment properties.
